Position: Account Executive

Job Description

Giant is currently seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) to foster and maintain relationships and engage with clients to execute goals and strategies.

Ideal Candidate

Our ideal candidate is a collaborative, creative problem-solver with strong communication, project management and interpersonal skills. Giant Account Executives manage multiple Giant Client relationships, ultimately helping them identify and reach their strategic marketing and communication goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Be the liaison between clients and the Giant internal team, maintaining regular client contact, being responsive and communicative with expectations, deadlines and needs, then relaying to the internal Giant team. 
  • Regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment to engage strategically with clients throughout planning, development and execution phases.
  • Foster executive-level conversations and explore additional revenue opportunities with existing clients.
  • Deliver strategic and creative solutions to clients in accordance with project deadlines.
  • Copywriting/editing, creative insight, and project management for clients as required.
  • Creation, management and adherence of client budgets, deadlines, and KPIs.
  • Maintain complete documentation and time allocation.
  • Provide timely and regular attendance to complete job duties and responsibilities by regularly checking communications from clients and team members during working hours.
  • Complete other duties and tasks as assigned.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of previous relatable experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and excellent sales-related skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and project manage multiple daily tasks and deliverables.
  • Ability to creatively problem solve and think outside the box.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively toward a goal.
  • Ability to transform abstract concepts and ideas into concrete results.
  • Skilled with technology tools and software relative to this role.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to client locations as needed for project execution or events.
