Giant Grows Leadership Team, Welcoming Lucas Mistelske as CXO
Giant, a strategic full-service marketing and communications firm based in Duluth, MN, is pleased to announce that Lucas Mistelske has joined the leadership team as Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Lucas brings a wealth of expertise in client relationship management and professional team development, having worked with small to enterprise-sized businesses in the manufacturing and technology sectors for over 25 years. Most recently, he served on the executive team at ark data centers, leading client support operations and helping guide the company through complex investment and growth cycles.

As CXO, Lucas will lead efforts to optimize Giant’s client experience and retention lifecycle by aligning key performance metrics across marketing, sales, and client service functions. He will also develop and implement Net Promoter Score (NPS) programs to measure and strengthen client satisfaction. Internally, he will work to elevate both Giant’s people and operations, helping employees identify professional development goals, expand their skillsets and establish clear career pathways in alignment with the firm’s growth plans.

Outside of Giant, Lucas volunteers with First Robotics, is an active member of the Knights of Columbus and serves as the board chair for STARBASE Minnesota-Duluth, where he earned recent recognition as a 2025 Notable Nonprofit Board Member in the Twin Cities Business Magazine.
