Giant Grows Client Service Team: Welcome Lydia deGrood, Account Executive

Giant, a strategic full-service marketing firm based in Duluth, MN, is pleased to announce the addition of Lydia deGrood to its client service team. Lydia brings over 15 years of experience in brand strategy development, alignment and deployment, most recently serving as the Senior Manager of Brand Growth & Marketing Planning at maurices.

As an Account Executive, Lydia will partner closely with Giant’s clients to understand their goals and challenges, translating those insights into smart, results-driven marketing strategies. Her collaborative approach, combined with a strong, big-picture mindset and disciplined tactical execution, enables her to seamlessly connect strategy, creativity and action—delivering meaningful, measurable impact.

Lydia graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s in journalism and mass communications. Originally from South Dakota, she developed an affinity for travel before establishing her roots in Duluth, where she and her husband now raise their three children. Outside of work, Lydia can be found whipping up a meal in her kitchen, planning her next adventure or indulging her interior design obsession as she and her husband renovate their home.
